Disclaimer: The following is pure conjecture and almost certainly not true, so anyone reading on does so at great risk to his/her portfolio.

So, to put form to the innuendo, the claim would be that the method of the cusip/name change would be via the WAMC shell? Well, that's the compilation of at least three different rumors, and if nobody else will be so bold as to spell it out, I will.

Would the remarkable issuance of shares be to raise the money to purchase up the WAMC shell? Possible, but a HUGE Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. as it would seem a very wasteful way to create a squeeze.

Of course, if the whole WAMC thing has any truth to it, a (possibly) more believable interpretation would be that it is the mechanism to get around our now over-extended issuance of shares. How many shares of WAMC are out there?? I'll go check. The more cynical among us might note that a name which begins with 'W' would be later on the NASD list of filing requirements with the SEC.

So many possibilities, any of them true?
Who knows?
Not me, that's for sure
