zulumedia.com and zulugroup.com are still registered with Internic. Don't know if this is any different, but I note that Mark Rudholm is listed as administrative, technical, zone, and billing contact. The address given is in Rhode Island. It looks like the last change was in January, so I suppose this is nothing new. Their nameserver, ns1.topanga.ca.us seems to be down. This MAY be the only problem. When I viewed topanga.ca.us's web site before, it seemed to be run by an informal group of hacker types. www.esvs.com and www.zulutech.com are still giving the message "the system cannot find the file specified". omni-net.com is still "under construction". Given the circumstances, I'm surprised the stock is selling for more than a few pennies. Somebody must be pumping this baby from boiler rooms to little old grandfraus without ze Internet access...
