Re: " At this stage of this ordeal, not one person on this thread can know what revenues or profits will be portrayed on the upcoming 10-Q. Whether the 10-Q will be audited, or whether the 10-Q will show a profit or massive restatement of earnings. Or even the dreaded "going concern" statement if the 10-Q is audited."

An April 1st statement from an existing (albeit Del crony) Inprise officer may provide a clue:

sjmercury.com

''It's simply impossible that they could have made their decision based on the first quarter financial results,'' Floisand said. ''We only closed the quarter yesterday. They wouldn't know what the results would be.''

"Unlike other companies that might have relatively steady sales throughout the quarter, ''about 60 percent of our quarterly sales come at the last weeks of the quarter,'' Floisand said."

I am leaning more towards the theory that Del was stabbed in the back while vacationing and really took it badly. Kathleen may have been the bearer of the bad news to him? He may have felt the BOD's were his only allies and it crushed him?

INPR is not even close to approaching insolvency. And yes, revenue will continue to come in. While Del caused a lot of problems during his tenure, the company survived before Del and will survive (perhaps thrive) after him.

So what if revenue drops to 45M? Perhaps you've missed what was happening before Del got there in the first place.

This is an excellent buying opportunity. You see, the company holds technologies that are not simply going to die because Del left. This stock is WAY, WAY, WAY underpriced right now...
