You may be perfectly correct if Del was an up and coming CEO. But don't forget Del was hired out of retirement by Borland. He may be too tired of the rat race cut throat corporate world? He may or may not have another offer? But I think even you can agree his actions didn't dictate a CEO who cared about Share holders, Buyout offers of $15 a share from SUNW, this thread's continual harassment and disrespect of him, his loss of 4% of company stock value or perks. So why would you think he would care about CEO ethics?
