Greetings Dawg..
crazy question...
<For example lets say that we get bought for $32 a share, cash.
Would we pay commission on selling our stock?>>

If you hold through a cash buyout you should not pay a commission. It depends on if you want to hold until that happens. Once a deal is announced the price will start to close in on the deal price. Look at PLAT currently and MECK a few months back. You have to decide on the time value of your investment capital.
