Doug--Using RSI13 on the XMI, it does confirm the high on 3/19 but then makes a lower low on the RSI reading. Is the confirmation on 3/19 positive for the broader market? Myron

Doug--I just looked at the SP500 again on a weekly chart and the 13RSI appears to form an IHS with a higher rt. shoulder. Quite bullish isn't it? Do I need further charting lessons? Myron
