Here's reference to at least one "joint project"

December 15, 1998 QuesTec to Introduce Internet Broadcasting for '99

"In late August, QuesTec was contracted by ACTV Inc. (ACTV), (NASDAQ IATV), to provide its SuperVision production service as a channel of content for the September 15, 1998 double-header between the New York Mets and the Houston Astro's as part of ACTV's "Individualized Television" digital network. ACTV produces individualized programming by combining different video, graphic and/or audio signals into one multi-path telecast. Viewers see and/or hear only one of the signals at a given moment; the others remain transparent. For these games, ACTV held a demonstration at the All Star Café in New York City to display their technology to broadcast networks and investment banking firms. In addition to providing ACTV with its standard SuperVision production service, QuesTec set up a Silicon Graphics workstation at the All Star Café and delivered real-time virtual replays from data transmitted over the internet."
