I love "springing ahead" one hour when the evening rolls around ... but, it is pitch black out right now ... feels like January (probably the same temps we had in January -- not a bad thing) ...

Where did you learn this? IR? This means backlog is building.

One thought, remember Bagley owns a significant number of shares purchased at $24? It would take a very sweet deal for him to give up the potential appreciation of these shares so my guess is his interests are well alligned with the shareholders. IF he was "bought" at the expense of the shareholders in a merger, my guess is it would be obvious and the shares would plummet.
