Marty,

Thanks for the link! Here's what it showed me about our evil friend:

My favorite Zeev story happened a few months back when he announced on the EXSO
thread that ZCAD (now GATE) was about to make a major upmove from it's price of .50. I
did some DD and determined the company was as dead as any cat I've seen.

The next day the stock tripled. Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Ha !

My second favorite Zeev story involves CAFE. It had a huge volume day just like ZCAD
did. To make up for missing ZCAD, I bought at 1/8. Zeev recommended we stay away until
it had really reached bottom. CAFE now trades at 1/32 and may very well go to 0. Ha ! Ha !
Ha ! Ha !

**********

Zeev, you grotty little man! How dare you help people and believe you can get away with it?

Joe

Marty, are you visiting with TSIG today? I read through the whole 10-K yesterday and I have two main concerns.

1. What is TSIG doing about the money it owes the IRS?

2. How does Rob Gordon justify his salary and the large amount of stock that he was given? Based on TSIG's performance so far, I don't see how he deserves this kind of compensation. I would be a lot more comfortable if his salary was based on performance.

BTW, I did see several good things in the 10-K, but the two questions above are my biggest negatives.
