I heard about the trading part, but not the news release part. Maybe they will divulge some more info on the state of the chip since their hands are dirty elsewhere.....

ADI Technologies cease trade rescinded April 1 by BCSC ADI Technologies Inc ADH Shares issued 25,055,605 Mar 12 close $0.41 Tue 6 Apr 99 Cease Trade Company Rescinded On March 12, 1999, the British Columbia Securities Commission ceased trading in the shares of the company until certain required records were filed. The company has now filed the required records and the order has been revoked as at April 1, 1999.
