Hello, Brett.

Since I have the lowest level of UltTrader service (Silver), I assumed that the correct download would be the lowest level to appear on the screen - which turned out to download ABW express. It might be helpful to correlate the "Level" designations to the various services under their other names - silver, platinum, etc.

Of course it's equally possible that the instructions are perfectly clear, and that the problem is my brain!
