I hope your right about court. I am not so confident though. I suspect both sides genuinely believe they have a good argument. I can easily imagine either side prevailing. On the one hand prior conduct may have bearing, on the other, the fact that conditions were waived in the past does not imply that they will continue to be waived.

I hope we all come out of this OK.
