To All, Tom will be sending a message today. I will post it around 5PM EST today, if I receive by then. Tom will cover two subjects as follows: There will NOT be a reverse stock split for BETTafter the eConnect / eSportsbet merger. A rumor started that there might be one. ET&T will continue to have enough interest in BETT to veto any vote for a reverse split, if there is one. Once the 1998 10-K is filed with the SEC this week, BETT will be required to answer any questions that the SEC has before eConnect can hold its shareholder's meeting. Tom plans to postpone the shareholder's meeting until he is sure that all SEC questions are answered. Tom said that he will reimburse shareholders for any airfare penalties that are incurred due to the change in the date of the shareholders meeting. We will all look forward to Tom's message.
