Raytheon employees who posted messages resign-WSJ

NEW YORK, April 5 (Reuters) - At least two Raytheon Co (NYSE:RTNa - news) employees who posted anonymous messages about the company on an Internet message board have resigned, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday.

Raytheon filed a lawsuit in February against 21 employees, alleging that they had posted ''proprietary and confidential information'' about the big defence contractor on Yahoo! Inc. The suit was filed in Massachusetts Superior Court in Cambridge.

Since filing the suit, Raytheon had been seeking the identities of employees through subpoenas to Yahoo, the newspaper said.

FWIW... Theo;-)

I noticed that too. CNBC's Maria B before the open reported that some broker upgraded RTN.A because of the missile crisis. The broker was probably reading the SI threads (ggg).

Thanks everybody for all the information,

Rory

TLC, I appreciate your post #24 and have found your direction on RSI charts very helpful. In trying to apply what I have learned, I have found it easier to identify the sell signals than the buy. A case in point is today's chart on MRK which has fallen on news that Propecia sales have been lackluster. The RSI is at 30 today having hit 35 several days ago. Volume has been light. At what point would MRK become a buy, or would you wait for this quarter's earnings? TIA
