I'm watching LU tick and notice that there is heavy institutional buying today. Many large block trades going through all morning.

If Cisco is betting on Telephony as its next growth engine then they have another thing coming. Lucent continues to demonstrate that they have the know how in that area and the ability to adapt to changing environment. I think WS is too enamoured with Cisco's PR talk about its ability and is ignoring what is happening on the execution side.
