Usually after a "PENNY" stock reverses, the price drops hard and with the smaller float, then becomes a better buy. . .likewise those that hold lose bad. HOWEVER . . . AURL is not your typical penny stock. If it were, we would not be discussing it.

Their plan is a good one. What else COULD they do to get re-listed on the Nasdaq? And with the rather feeble selling that has happened today so far, I think that the strong hands are not all that concerned. So I don't expect AURL to act exactly like the typical pennies do when reversed. This is why I said that I expect them to have plenty of news ready to hold up the price around the time of the reversal. If so, this would be a good plan. . .and probably a successful one.

The thing to keep in mind with MOST OTC stocks, is that when they go thru a reverse, the pressure is STILL downward due to heavy short selling. That's where most people make their fortunes. [not many Americans]

It is well-known that Aureal is a leader in 3D Audio technology. Firms like Creative Labs and SRSL pale in comparison to the new technology that has been embraced so vigorously by the top PC makers.

So they SHOULD be selling in the 5 to 10 dollar range on the Nasdaq. That is what attracted me to them last fall under 50 cents.
