Hi Paul:

If this N.Y. group is buying a large minority interest in ADOT, I AM WONDERING if these are preferred shares or all the remaining outstanding shares (if there are any left).

Forget about a marketing department this year or selling 7 to 9 FPD.
ADOT said "later this year" for delivering their first FPD. By then I would have held ADOT for 2 years. My original goal was to hold ADOT 3 to 5 years.

My take on this is that ADOT needs money. Biomoda's shares are now not marketable and cannot be converted to cash now that ADOT needs more capital.

Take Care

Fred

Hello everyone, I am new to this stock.

I would take this statement to mean that the New York group is or will be buying shares in the open market. Is that your understanding? I believe that a company would have to register the information with the SEC, if they plan to sell new shares to raise funds.
If the New York group does buy over the open market, they would be able to buy until they reached x number of shares, then they would have to register that they were a minority shareholder (insider) with the SEC. If they buy out of the current float, it will help increase the share price.
What is the current float for ADOT?

Thanks for any information that you post.
