Thank you for your thoughtful response, Bob. I guess that there is a bit of confusion here, and that IFCI could do a few things better. I do believe in the long term prospects of this stock.

I have been coming to the view lately that, if I become dissatisfied with a company's management, and nothing I say or do can affect change, I should sell and move on. There is, I guess, a human temptation to demand our rights as stockholders rather than bailing out. Maybe this is just something we naturally do as Americans. But as Warren Buffet observed: stocks don't know you own them ,and corporations are not democracies. So maybe it's just better for our pocketbooks when we distrust management to vent once or twice, and then sell as quickly as an order can be executed. Right now, I still believe that what we are seeing with IFCI is growing pains that will be overcome in due course.
