Steve/Sid,

I would like to offer a plea that both of you give this a rest. It is repetitious and serves no apparent purpose other than appeasing your egos.

Although I consider myself open-minded, both of your pitbull tactics are wasting a lot of everyone's time. Your points were made months ago. Do you truly believe you're influencing anyone with your venom?

Please leave.

Ted

Steve: I guess I have to spell it out for you. What happens next is that I write this up and send it to my contacts at the SEC.

The SEC is overwhelmed with scams to deal with, and you are such small change, which is why I haven't bothered them hitherto. But unless DCHT has some explanation for this Antaeus "contract" which isn't on its website and you haven't disclosed, this appears to be a very clear cut case of fraud. Like all authorities, the SEC tends to like simple, easy to prove cases, so I would think this should get their attention.

What the SEC will do about it, whether they act sooner or later, stop trading in the stock or not, I can't guess. It will be interesting to watch. But if the Antaeus deal is as phony as it appears, DCHT and anyone else involved will have a long time to be sorry.
