Kimberly: In answer to your question re: NTXY Spoke to IR: Form 10 will be filled in 2-3 wks. The know they qualify based on requirements including net asset base. 'currently completing financial info for form 10 registration. Further info regarding Plus Net and what it means to NTXY will be forthcoming now that deal is closed. I noticed that the search engine, which is presently at : traffico.com is noticeably faster than Go2Net's Metacrawler. Considering that they both search the main internet portals there may be some competition here. There is some interesting qualities to the Plus Net search engine, which I won't elaborate on here, (will save for NTXY thread). This will have some distinguishing benefits to those searching and advertisers. SOS: 21.1M as of Plus Net purchase. Plus Net purchase was with 144(restricted stock) of 7M. Float is 1.9M This stock trades significantly below comparable web portals. I can't help think that the valuation comparisons will be all the glaringly apparent once it trades on the NASDAQ. I'm holding what I've got and, will be buy more on dips.
