This is from the IATV (ACTV) thread. Notice how closely the are following us.: QSTI hasn't moved much because there are hundreds of news announcements each day, and this one hasn't yet gone beyond Business Wire, which is a PR announcement service. If this hits Bloomberg, Reuters, AP, or Dow, then the knowledge will fuel much more interest. Moreover, when folks arrive home after work today, they'll begin to learn about it even if the news doesn't hit the big wire services. That's why, for those of gambling inclination, the time to roll the dice is probably now. Meanwhile, the volume is certainly strong and the risk/reward ratio sure looks attractive to me. But my crystal ball, as usual, is a tad cloudy.
