I have shorted Yhoo without a loss and on each occasion I waited for the drop to start, not guess beforehand.

Thanks, and your points are well taken. Just moved up the Yhoo short day limit to $226 for $210, just 100 shares. I am buying 6 yhoo Apr 180 puts and with $2 limit premium; i don't think that it will be executed until around $216.
