Well there is a sweetheart deal. No related party transactions there either I suppose. I won't be burdened with the decision I guess to take advantage of this opportunity to buy shares as I am not a subscriber. So such an opportunity to buy shares. Buy up those 12&cent shares for how many dollars per? Lock up your IPO with guarantees. Very nice.

Believe it or not: Minnesota Number One Again
Once again, Minnesota has been ranked number one in the top 20 states
in the country to live in. The state received high marks in education,
health, low unemployment and 40 other quality of life factors.

I would guess that temperature and mosquitos were NOT
considered "quality of life" factors.<g>
