Global Strategic Alliance Between ICOM Informatique and NETSOL: E-Commerce Products & Services for International Markets
SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Mirage Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MGHI) ("Mirage") is pleased to announce that ICOM Informatique and Netsol have agreed to enter into a Global Strategic Alliance whereby Netsol will offer a full range of E-Commerce Consulting Services based on ICOM's new "e-Com Business Suite," including Winsurf Mainframe Access (Web-To-Host product).
This alliance means that ICOM and Netsol can provide quality products and services to International markets. ICOM and Netsol see the issues of E-Commerce quite clearly as the re-engineering of a business process based on obtaining competitive edge, transaction security with a high degree of confidentiality.
According to the Gartner Group, the number of licenses of Web to Host Browser software sold will grow from $500,000 in 1998 to an estimated $10,000,000 in the year 2001.
The alliance of two leaders
