You would be well advised to take notice of events that may not contribute to the landscape you paint for a company that like a chameleon must change its product line often in the face of so many competitors. Don't ignore the fact that company officers are so willing to distribute shares to you today in light of a soon to be expected earnings announcement that may, or may not, live up to your expectation .

It surely makes no economic sense to sell shares now if earnings are expected shortly and drive the common shares to higher prices, despite what others may offer as explanation. History reveals that excuses to sell, offered by the Wall Street crowd, are simply that.
