c, just my guess but i'm sure that has to be a ton of short covering today so they will bring it down to fill lots

Charliss, Relax and watch how the professionals make money and get shares for the buy out at the same time. There are STRONG rumors about a buy out, A long weekend for investors to get excited. Monday morning they create panic buying by using the rumors and a strong price run up to create the buying. Then they sell into it knowing that there is no deal coming today and they can walk the price down later in the day and create panic selling (what we are seeing now) after the selling pressure stops they will take it up again and those who sold will be out of luck and out of more money trying to get back in.
