EFAX NT 10-K The previously clipped paragraph is all there is. The rest is contact info and a letter from their accountants vouching for the reason for delay. They checked NO to "significant change to earnings for last year", BTW. If Power Lunch is the reason for the run-up, its a thin premise. They probably want to get visibility for clearing the backlog in phone number assignment, announced last week. I got mine -- its for a Boston suburb. This would make an interesting explanation to local contacts who want to fax me -- I live in Northern California! Someone with CNBC could post impressions.
