Here we have a perfect example why everyone should call IR themselves...... and then decipher the conversation first hand. D Kosakowski says he was told MDIN did buy the WAMC shell and V Moretto rebuts and says MDIN did not buy the WAMC shell....... Does anyone know what CDCH is??????. Huh?????

I'm confused - could someone help clarify - it seems that WAMC has changed symbol name to CDCH and declared a 1-15 R/S on March 29/99 - what implications would this have to MDIN??? We need clarification of MDIN involvement with WAMC/CDCH. If anyone understands this stuff, I'd appreciate your input. otcbb.com Jack
