Good point. It is time that government stop trying to help a monster getting bigger at small ISP providers expense. With more competition, we will see the monthly fee of $19.95 to drop substantially.

It is also time that government sop the "pooling of interest" crap used by YHOO and AOL to gobble up smaller internet companies. If they do not want to see another MSFT, then they need to stop YHOO and AOL now from changing the competitive landscape of internet. "Pooling of interest" is an unfair practice, and should be outlawed right now and applied retroactively to the beginning of 1999.
