You will always have something to learn.
So, next time you own a stock that butts up to a price twice or three times then reverses down to give a sell signal, don't panic say "Hmmmm you sneaky little thing, that's a shakeout isn't it....?" Or you can come up with your own words, you don't have to use mine.
In such cases having that close a stop would be cause for the 2x4 treatment and that owies. I avoid it as much as possible.
