We continue to slip with no buying coming in. I hope we get that "nibble" you are looking for sooner rather than later. Now I am sure that they must do something to keep the price up if they want to go over to the Nasdaq, over $4 minimum.

Yup...there is no future in presenting bills for one cities water department. BUT...I think I said sell at $8.50ish...now it's wait.

A lot of pieces still have to come together...here IMO.
