Actually, DH, I am not exactly new to AIPN. I have been invested for a little over one year. However, I have spent most of my posting efforts for the AOL and Yahoo AIPN Forum boards (after the demise of the Yahoo AIPN Board as regards worthwhile discussions).

I do not understand why you question the term "aggressive" applied to AIPN. I thought the recent Chagyrly (Shagyryl? - various spellings) concession bid would lay to rest any doubt as to AIPN's being aggressive. They are certainly aggressive in pursuing new opportunities and I think they have been aggressive in pursuing conventional financing - they just have not yet been able to get such financing (though it appears they will qualify for conventional financing, or at least benevolent financing, based on the planned Gas Operations in Kaz).
