<BioModa Inc., a minority holding of Advanced Optics Electronics Inc., recently sold shares privately which increases the valuation of Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. holding of BioModa Inc.> I would take this statement to mean that BioModa sold shares privately to ADOT, which increased ADOT's holdings in BIOM. The statement says that ADOT increases their valuation in BIOM. I wonder what % increase it was? What % minority interest did ADOT hold in BIOM before the news was released?
