Hi Larry, I am at work for half of the day...today .... I will look at Nidek this evening... BEAM and ATCI are in the process of merging: this will strengthen the market share of BEAM. I mailed in the shareholder vote yesterday to approve this acquisition. I will write more this evening .... As for now I would hold ... BUT it does NOT hurt if one sells some since BEAM already moved up 50% since the last two weeks ... kha

Hi Larry, 1) Beam and Autonomous Technology will finalize the merging process on April 29. We submit the vote by mail last Saturday. Both companies are components of the Laser Vision Correction Index optistock.com 2) I could NOT find any info on the Japanese company. But there are other competitors for BEAM and infos are at: optistock.com I will post more as I find new info kha
