Everyone should keep an eye on HRCT. Another Company trading under $1 that is trying to get into the Chinese isp market! Will either be homerun or strikeout, but do your own dd.

I was lucky to get in at .29! Can you believe TRAC WOW! When I posted, it was at $19, I thought it was done going already, didn't think it had that much gas left, boy was I wrong!!! now at $25, maybe someone is buying them out?
