Do you know what is supposed to happen to orders placed just before the TSE went down? Would they still be valid once the market re-opened? Because I placed a market order for another stock just seconds before the exchange went down, and then it was never filled. So I'm wondering if that is policy or if there was just a screw-up in my case.
