Nice try Char but I'm not buying. We all knew about the J/L connection with MGAU. It had been discussed here. I doubt strongly that Karl would put such emphasis on a mere formal announcement, after all we all considered it a done deal already. No our Advertising Entrepenuer clearly had something more significant in mine. But I've made my case already and it really doesn't matter what you or I believe Karl's intent was. What will matter is what the SEC enforcement people will think.
