I did expect this to tank faster than it is and am wondering what's holding it up. Since no significant news came out, it seems like a pretty safe short.

EFAX "CEO says they will be a competitor with Delrina WinFax".

Delrina WinFax is a very well established product with "market leader" status in its niche. It is primarily network server software, not prone to being unseated by rival upstarts as an impulse buy.

"Competitor" is easy to say, "successful competitor" is very hard to do.
