DISCLAIMER

I am a former AOL employee. I am not recommending a purchase of the stock. I think that AOL is outrageously, fabulousy, zim-zam tabulousy overpriced (well, duh). Aside from the whole stock price issue, AOL is an OK company. Their product makes people happy. They do add value to the internet connection (besides current connection speeds).

In turn, those happy people invest in AOL and other net stocks. In turn, they make money while I can no longer afford AOL. They invest using Chuck Schlob. Chuck Schlob goes up in price. TSF has to tell his wife to cancel that hip replacement.

Stefan: you forgot there are some AOL customers like Barb, who only paid $4.95 a month.
