Their basic fundamental "buisness" ineptness astounds me. Sylver testifies how Mann for a very long time would not return nor accept his calls. Everything had seemed to have fallen apart. AZNT issued 4 million shares without being paid for them...AZNT produced 10,000 bottles of super Amazon guarana without a valid purchase order, and lastly, after this run around, Mann tells AZNT what to do much later, and they immediately do it! What were they thinking? 19 Q. Did you ever get a wire? 20 A. No, we never got a wire. 21 Q. Did you ever get any money? 22 A. No, net for the 4 million shares we didn't get a dime. 23 And I got -- I still have 10,000 bottles of super Amazon 24 guarana. But we're still trying to sell them. And here I thought they were doing a land-office business in this stuff...
