The spamming referred to Chuzz's being detected by a robot set to pick up anyone posting the same post on three or more threads. Chuzz wasn't spamming, he was posting useful information, but the robot picked him up anyway and tossed him into the Bastille.

Of course, to a person who spams on this net, he might say that he's "posting useful information..." too!!! :-)

I'm confused! Chuz says that he got picked up as a spammer because he was "PeopleMarked." My original assumption (that he posts a lot of messages on SI) would make more logical sense in determining whether someone's a spammer or not...at least from an engineer's perspective anyway...

Oh, I see!!! It's more than just posting a lot but posting the SAME message on at least three sites, right???

Would someone at SI Admin care to explain how this Robot works??

Well, Chuz's out now!!! Thank goodness!!! :-)

Cheers,
Joanna
