Michael, I do not read the CPQ thread, nor do I have you peoplemarked, so I had no way of knowing what you wrote there. But if that was your argument, then we are at least in partial agreement. BTW, I did an analysis on the DELL thread (which you might have missed) showing that DELL's market share loss - while indeed the largest in percentage terms in the last 3 years - was not statistically significant as a deviation from the average, hence it is not subjective from my POV. As for the rest of your post, I will leave that unanswered. May be it will help if I stop posting to you? Concerned, -BGR.
