inside--

IMHO, no.

the technology is only a part of the equation. the real key is sales.

in a market where growth is slowing, the larger and better capitalized will purchase the smaller to maintain the growth numbers they have become accustomed to.

the company has some big problems...true. but most of those are related to management which will likely dissapeer after a buyout. dont look at it as it is now, look at it as it could be post merger...what it could mean to an acquirer.

good luck to all,
trey
