Glen....Never mind, I received the NR from RMGG: NEWS RELEASE April 5, 1999 Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. (OTCBB: RMGG) is pleased to announce that Biofarm Inc. has confirmed that it will continue to fund RMGG as agreed in the Memorandum of Understanding dated April 3, 1998. Biofarm's injection of funds will allow RMGG to continue it's business plans in China. Presently Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. is manufacturing the complete line of Fuzhou Fujian Drugs Co. Ltd. products in the existing plant until the new GMP ("Good Manufacturing Facilities") factory is operational. To reflect Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc.'s 100% ownership of Fuzhou Fujian Drugs Co. Ltd. in China, the Company has changed the company name to Rocky Mountain Fuzhou Drug Company Ltd. The company will introduce modern new packaging for their traditional product line which will incorporate Western design to project a North American image. Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. is planning to expand the scope of their Fuzhou operation to include the marketing of Western pharmaceutical products in China. Several Western pharmaceutical products are approved by the State Drug Agencies for use in China with the costs to patients covered under certain health programs. Western style medical treatment is increasing rapidly in China. RMGG is negotiating with personnel from a European pharmaceutical distributor who will meet with Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. in Fuzhou in April to discuss a marketing plan with the objective of marketing approved pharmaceutical products in the Fuzhou area.
