Looks to me like FLAS quiet period over on April 5th. I definitely think this is the pile on before the underwriters release an announcement that they are providing coverage and upgrade.

FLAS pulled back at the end of the day. Rather than looking at revenues, it is probably more useful to evaluate the ISPs on the basis of valuation per customer. The market, based on Monday's close, is currently valuing FLAS, GEEK, MSPG, ELNK and ONEM at $3,432, $2,441, $2,862, $1,934 and $2,222 per customer, respectively. Based on these valuations, FLAS may be a little bit ahead of itself.
