THis market is really sick right now. Many good companies, including AT&T, see their stock declining. All money are chasing the interNUTS. I would say that Greenspan is partially to blame for this mania atmosphere. I am holding my T for long term. InterNUTS mania will collapse eventually. It could start as soon as this Wednesday or Thursday when YHOO fails to beat the whisper number of 0.15 per share.

It order to have the market returning to a healthy state, interNUT mania has to end and fundamental investing can prevail. At this time, the whole market is one insane MOMENTUM market.

"Someone talk me out of selling. This stock has not even risen in sympathy with any rally past 40 days!!!"

The time to sell was back on February 3rd when it hit its intra day high of 95 1/8. My crystal ball wasn't working either. But then I'm holding AT&T since way back in the late 60's...that's 1960's.

If you're truly familiar with "T" then you know that it never seems to follow what the market it doing. This is the company that people switch to whenever they think the market is going to sink. Good old staid and solid AT&T ... the mother of all stocks.

Then when the market starts to move again and they realize that maybe there is some more money to be made they sell again and move to the momentum stocks until the next round of "fear."
