If you were a dishonest broker at that firm, you could secretly "journal" some shares from clients who don't check their monthly statements very often.

(I do not think this is what they mean by "accumulate").

Idler, I've asked the same question, and was told that
"Accumulate" means to buy on the dips. So -- let's wait for
the dips.
