I can tell there is some animosity on this board.

this is not surprising, idtc breaking up, the shorts get upset. if it were breaking downward, the longs get upset. this is typical.

Nasdaq777. You are exactly right. If there is an IPO, and there may be (but I still don't think it's by far a given) holders would benefit to a certain point. I'll even say if there is an IPO, IDTC will reach $28 - $30 (more if they improve service and keep getting big contracts like InfoSpace, NetScape and Prodigy). Net2Phone itself will probably rocket to $40 - $50 the first day.

IDTC may fall back some after the IPO just like ZD did most recently. I would sell the day before the IPO.

Look also at MALL's history before and after IPO of UBID.

Unfortunately those who don't like any opposing views will rake me over the coals for suggesting that there is a chance there won't be an IPO, but a private placement. I'll probably politely answer them.
