That's a bit shocking. Is there a link, or do they give any more info? And I think the stock rose today just with the NAZ and the rest of the market, but who knows? Nick

Who would be big enough to takeover Qwest? MCI-Worldcom could certain make a run at QWST (they are going to need the extra bandwidth before long) although I'm not sure Bernie Ebbers will be looking for more dilution this early after absorbing MCI. Not saying its going to happen, but if there are credible rumors, I'd be looking in the direction of Jackson, Mississippi.
