wallstreeter, no offense taken, I wish for you and my other cyberfriends on this thread that indeed it blows for you guys. I have absolutely no opinion as to what this stock's "fair value" might be, the only thing I made sure is that it does not have a floorless, I played this one purely on momentum and volume. It sure looks as if it wants to break something out there. It seems as if they have a lot of potential, but like many dreamers little cash to do anything about the potential. Resolution of the suit might indeed put in the coffers the required capital to leverage this baby to something. Good luck. Zeev
